Usage Instructions:  
- Dip the tip of a wet toothbrush (without toothpaste) into the charcoal powder  
- Gently brush the entire surface of your teeth for 2 minutes
- Rinse with water
- Brush your teeth again using regular toothpaste to remove any remaining black residue between your teeth, gently brushing the entire surface of your teeth
- Rinse with water

Use twice daily, in the morning and before bed, for optimal results

Can also be used as a face mask when mixed with Bentonite Clay for skin detoxification.
